Nestled in the suburb of Ngaio, this 1940’s house’s kitchen and bathroom needed a refresh. We redesigned the internal layout to create an open plan kitchen which flows onto the dining and living space. We also provided the occupants with a better connection to the back garden, overall letting more light into the living space. The existing natural timber flooring was left exposed and repolished to provide a warm feel to the space. The bathroom has a modern yet minimalist feel to it, with black statement fittings paired with white tiles and fixtures all while the natural timber features are maintained within the space.
